HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY VEHICLE REGASSED?

The air conditioning system of your vehicle requires maintenance like any other part of your vehicle. It has a refrigerant that flows through the system helping create the cold and warm air we all rely on the system to produce.
Did you know that your car’s air conditioning system generally loses up to 15% of its refrigerant every year?
We would normally recommend that your vehicle receives an air conditioning regas every 18 months to 2 years. This helps to ensure that the system stays running optimally and hygienically as an empty air conditioning system can be prone to bacterial buildup. You will also find that whilst fully gassed your air conditioning puts less strain on the engine, helping your vehicle stay economical.

WHAT AIRCON PACKAGES DO WE OFFER?

AIRCON REFRESH
An Aircon refresh is recommended every year, in between an air-conditioning service.
Air conditioner cleaner completely removes the bacteria as well as the odours and will freshen up your car. A refresh treatment disinfects the evaporator and air ducts of your air conditioning system.
AIRCON R134A
Cost covers all vehicles up to 600 grams of refrigerant.
Most vehicles produced before 2017 were built with an air conditioning system that uses R134a gas. We perform a full system discharge that empties your system before testing and then fully recharging to the correct level.
AIRCON R1234YF
Cost covers all vehicles up to 600 grams of refrigerant.
Our most popular option is full service and system re-gas. Nearly all vehicles with air conditioning manufactured since 1st January 2017 include the new R1234YF aircon gas which is more environmentally friendly.
